Carolyn A. Finnance-Enquist, PhD, is the Founder and Principal of CAFé Strategic Solutions. She is a senior leader with 20+ years of experience in biodiversity conservation, climate adaptation, fire ecology, and translational ecology.
Dr. Finnance-Enquist serves as a boundary spanner that builds bridges between diverse audiences, such as academia, federal and state government agencies, Tribes, non-governmental organizations, and private enterprise, through the cultivation of authentic, trust-based relationships cultivation and identification of shared goals.
She advises organizations, boards, and funders working at the intersection of science, strategy, and collaboration, by helping these groups design adaptation pathways, unlock resources, and accelerate equitable and inclusive impact.
